Design Process
At DELIS Landscaping, our team of experts is dedicated to realizing your vision through thoughtful and strategic landscape design. A well-executed plan not only enhances your property’s value and community appeal but also provides lasting enjoyment.
Our process begins with a complimentary consultation to discuss your objectives, site conditions, and budget. We request a current property survey and any relevant HOA guidelines to ensure all requirements are met.
Following this, our designer conducts a comprehensive site analysis, evaluating existing features and identifying any drainage or structural considerations. Using advanced design software, we develop scaled plans in both 2D and 3D, tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
Once the initial concepts and cost estimates are prepared, we review them with you and incorporate your feedback. Final revisions are made as needed, and a detailed proposal is provided for installation.
Installation Process
At DELIS Landscaping, the installation phase begins with securing all necessary permits for your project. Our team collaborates with experienced engineers, pool installers, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to ensure every aspect of your landscape plan is expertly executed.
We address any grading and drainage concerns prior to installation. Our certified crews construct hardscape elements—including patios, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, arbors, walkways, and walls—with precision and attention to detail. Plant materials are carefully selected from top local nurseries, then installed, fertilized, and mulched to ensure optimal growth.
We are also qualified to install low-voltage lighting and audio systems, providing a refined finishing touch to your outdoor space. DELIS Landscaping offers a five-year warranty on hardscape installations and a one-year warranty on plantings.
Throughout the process, we maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure your vision is realized and every detail is addressed.
Property Maintenance
DELIS Landscaping provides seasonal lawn care from April through November, with an additional week in December. Weekly service includes mowing, trimming, edging, and clearing hard surfaces, with leaf debris managed as needed. Visits may pause during extreme heat to protect your lawn. All work is completed on weekdays, and services are billed per season.
DELIS Landscaping offers both traditional and organic lawn application programs. We begin with soil testing to identify and address any issues, then apply a blend of slow-release nutrients to promote healthy turf. Targeted weed control is provided as needed. Lawn application services must be combined with at least one additional service.
DELIS Landscaping provides customized estate maintenance from May through December to keep your property looking its best. Service includes routine care of ornamental and flowering shrubs, proper pruning, deadheading of perennials and annuals, bed weeding, and monitoring for disease or insect issues. We also spot-water sensitive plants as conditions change. A full fall clean-up—including leaf removal, perennial cutbacks, and branch clearing—is included. Services are billed per season and available for properties of any size.
DELIS Landscaping’s Snow Removal service is exclusively available to property maintenance clients. Before the first snowfall, driveway markers are installed. For any storm with snow accumulation of 2 inches or more, plowing and shoveling begin promptly after snowfall ends. Service includes clearing around vehicles, front walks, and public sidewalks.
